Integrated Math 1

The big ideas in Integrated Math 1 include developing logical reasoning through geometric constructions, rigid transformations, and conditions for triangle congruence. Students describe data distributions, model relationships with linear equations and systems, and connect geometric transformations to graphs on the coordinate plane. They explore two-variable statistics using two-way tables, scatter plots, and linear models, and solve linear inequalities and systems of inequalities to represent constraints. Students also deepen their understanding of functions, including linear, piecewise-defined, and exponential functions, analyzing features, domain and range, and average rate of change in real-world contexts.
