Project A3: Awesome Advanced Activities for Mentoring Mathematical Minds, is designed to provide differentiated activities aligned with core math standards to nurture talent and a love of mathematics for your elementary students. All A3 activities have been field tested successfully in regular classroom settings including those with diverse populations, in pullout enrichment programs and in gifted math programs to provide flexibility in implementation.
Created by the authors of Project M3: Mentoring Mathematical Minds, M. Katherine Gavin, Suzanne Chapin and Linda Sheffield, the A3 activities, can also be used as a supplemental resource for students craving something more in their math class or for students needing extra support.
